In meinem Haus ist ein Zimmer im Juni und Juli für einen schönen Sommer vor den Toren von Berlin zu mieten.

FAKTEN:
- 8 km außerhalb von Biesenthal in einem Naturschutzgebiet, 16348 Wandlitz
- 26min mit dem Auto nach Eberswalde
- 35min mit dem Auto ins Herz vom Prenzlauer Berg
- 20min mit Auto nach Bernau zu SBahn und Zug (13min zum Gesundbrunnen, 30min zur Schönhsuser Allee, 20min zum Hauptbshnhof)
- Gartentor öffnet sich in den Wald
- Der See ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt
- Küche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Garten Mitbenutzung
- dein Zimmer hat Schreibtsich, Stuhl, Kommode und Schlafcouch (wobei es perfekt wäre, wenn du einen Matratzentopper dafür hast)
- 590€ Miete pro Monat
- 200€ pro Woche

DU:
freust dich auf ein schönes Haus mit viel Ruhe und schätzt gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und sehr ordentliche Ordnung (dh zb nix rumliegen lassen, Dreck direkt weg machen, rumstehende Sachen ordentlich hinstellen, etc)

ICH:
bin viel unterwegs und arbeite im Bereich Coaching, Frauenheilarbeit, Körperbewusstsein, S///ualität. Ich freu mich auf gemeinsame Pläuschchen genauso wie einfach Ruhe und ok damit sein, dass es eher eine liebevolle ZweckWG ist.
Mein Freund schläft an und zu hier, aber ansonsten ist es ein Rückzugsort für mich und sich gegenseitig mit Besuch absprechen, wichtig für mich.

(though it would be perfect if you have a mattress topper for it)

(that means for example: no leaving things lying around, cleaning up messes right away, putting things back properly, etc.)

am away a lot and work in the field of coaching, women’s healing work, body awareness, s///uality.
I look forward to friendly chats just as much as simply enjoying peace and being okay with it being more of a loving shared flat of purpose.
