The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with elevator access. It features an entrance with a built-in wardrobe, a bedroom, a separate living room with an open kitchen, a pantry, and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

You will enjoy underfloor heating throughout the apartment, which benefits from good sound insulation due to its new construction, ensuring a quiet environment. The apartment faces east/southeast, allowing for abundant natural light throughout the day via floor-to-ceiling windows.

I will provide larger furniture during your stay, including a double bed, two wardrobes, and a solid wood living room table (with FSC certified Berlin oak). There’s also a 140cm Philips OLED TV with Ambilight and Apple TV, which can be moved around for convenient viewing. Additionally, built-in solid wood bookshelves and storage in the hallway will be available. A large curtain in the living room offers privacy when guests visit. There are two sofas (one vintage red and one leather two-seater), and we can discuss which ones will stay. A large rug and various artworks/decorations can be removed.
