Helle 1-Zimmerwohnung im Kollwitzkiez für 1 Jahr

Ich bin ab 8. März wieder in Berlin und kann mich um mehr Fotos etc. kümmern. Aktuell habe ich lediglich Bilder von vor dem Einzug der aktuellen Mieterin, die im März umzieht.

Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich, im wunderschönen Kollwitzkiez und zentral gelegen.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt ruhig im Hinterhof eines Altbaus mit einem Blick ins Grüne. Hier ist es selten laut, und die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm rücksichtsvoll. Das Badezimmer hat auch eine Dusche (auf dem Foto nicht zu sehen) und die separate Küche hat einen Gasherd – ideal für ein gemütliches Zuhause.

I’ll be back in Berlin from March 8th and can take care of more photos and other details. Currently, I only have pictures from before the move-in.

About the apartment: It’s bright, cozy, and located in the beautiful and central Kollwitzkiez neighborhood.

The apartment itself is quietly situated in the courtyard of a classic old building, offering a view of greenery. It’s rarely noisy, and the neighbors are considerate and respectful. The bathroom also has a shower (not visible in the photo), and the separate kitchen features a gas stove—perfect for creating a warm and inviting home.
