Wohnung für eine Person oder eine geräumige und ruhige WG in Kohlscheid ab 01.03.2022

Hallo, ich bin Promotionsstudent an der RWTH Aachen (Material Science und Computational Science). Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und komme aus Indian. Ich bin jetzt seit vier Jahren in Aachen und habe in dieser Zeit auch mein Masterstudium an der RWTH Aachen absolviert. Da ich noch in meinem 2. Jahr der Promotion bin, werde ich voraussichtlich noch 2-3 Jahre in Aachen bleiben. Der Grund, warum ich umziehen möchte, ist, dass ich jetzt ein festes Einkommen aus meiner Promotion habe und gerne in eine größere und komfortablere Wohnung umziehen würde als die, in der ich jetzt wohne - eine kleine Studentenwohnung, in die ich eingezogen bin, als ich noch ein Masterstudent war und mein Budget noch niedrig war.

Ich rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere, aber ich bin tolerant gegenüber Haustieren. Ich bin eher ruhig und habe keine Hobbys, die viel Lärm machen könnten. Ich kann Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch sprechen.

Ruhe ist für mich sehr wichtig. Ich würde es etwas mehr mögen, wenn die Wohnung in der Nähe der Natur liegt als im Stadtzentrum, aber beides ist OK. Ich mag die Freiheit einer unabhängigen Wohnung und auch die Freundschaft in einer WG. Also, ich bin für beides offen.

Ein sicherer Fahrradabstellplatz ist mir wichtig. Es wäre nett, wenn die Wohnung bereits möbliert ist oder wenn ich die Möbel der Vormieterin übernehmen kann. Zumindest aber eine voll möblierte Küche und ein Bad sind wichtig.

Hello, I am a PhD student at RWTH Aachen (Material Science and Computational Science). I'm 26 years old and come from India. I have been in Aachen for four years now during which I also completed my Master's studies at RWTH Aachen. Since I am still in the 2nd year of my PhD, I am expecting to stay a further 2-3 years in Aachen. The reason I want to move is that I have a steady income from my PhD now and I would like to move to a more spacious and comfortable apartment than what I'm already in - a small student apartment which I moved into while I was still a master student and when my budget was low.

I do not smoke and have no pets but I'm tolerant of animals. I'm rather quiet and have no hobbies that may make a lot of noise. I can speak English and a little bit of German.

Peace and quiet are very important for me. I would like it slightly more if the apartment is close to nature than the city center but both are okay. I like the freedom of an independent apartment and also the companionship of a flatshare. So, I'm open to both.

A safe bicycle storage space is important to me. It would be an advantage if the place is already furnished or if I can take over the previous tenant's furniture. But, at least a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom are essential.
