Sunny 2-room flat in 1020 for sublet ✨

I will be subletting my lovely 2-room flat (45m2 inside + 15m2 balcony) during my travels abroad. The flat is at the crossing of Obere Augartenstraße and Rembrandtstraße in 1020. Public transport options are U4 (5 min), U2 (10 min), bus 5a & 5b (5 min), tram 31 (2 min) and tram 5 & 33 (10 min).

I am looking for a responsible person (no couples!) that could also water my plants a few times during the stay 😉

The building is a neubau with a very friendly vibe. The apartment is super sunny, since it is on the 7th floor (elevator present) and all glass from the living room to the kitchen to the bedroom. There is blockheating, but in my experience heating is never really needed due to the sun exposure. You will find the Donaukanal only 5 min walk away, and the Augarten about 3 min. Besides this, Karmelitermarkt and Taborstraße are a stone’s throw away as well.
