Schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung

Ich möchte diese wunderschöne, zentrale 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zum 01.05.2021 verlassen und suche dafür eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß von Aachen West entfernt, und liegt in der Nähe von mehrere RWTH Gebäude.

Die Wohnung liegt im vierten OG und verfügt über ein helles, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer, das sich als Wohn- und Schlafzimmer eignet. Durch die hohen Decken und das helle Parkett wirkt das Zimmer offen und einladend. Es gibt eine Küche, in der eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, zwei Herdplatten und Spülbecken vorhanden sind. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und eine Toilette.

In den Nebenkosten sind u.a. Strom- und Heizkosten, Treppenhausreinigung, Hausmeister und Mülldienst enthalten.
Die Kaution umfasst zwei Monatskaltmieten (insgesamt 538,-€).

Ich möchte einen Großteil der Möbel an den/die Nachmieter/in für eine kleine Abstandszahlung weitergeben.

I would like to leave this beautiful, central 1-room apartment on May 1st, 2021, and am looking for a new tenant. The apartment is a two-minute walk from Aachen West and is close to several RWTH buildings.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and has a bright, light-flooded room that is suitable as a living room and bedroom. The high ceilings and light parquet make the room look open and inviting. There is a kitchen with a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and a sink. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The additional costs include electricity and heating costs, stairwell cleaning, caretaker, and garbage service.
The deposit includes two monthly rents (a total of 538, - €).

I would like to give a large part of the furniture to the next tenant for a small payment.
