I'm looking for someone for my apartment in the center of Aachen.
The apartment is located in a very convenient location – only 3 minutes from the Bushof, 6 minutes walk to the university and close to a shopping center, NETTO, REWE and many other shops. Also a halal shop and an Asian shop are very close – so really everything you need in everyday life.

Rent: 450 € (without internet and electricity)
If you are a student, you can pay €46 or €63 for the electricity, depending on the fare.

The apartment is unfurnished, so I'm looking for someone who's ready to take over the furniture from me. In addition, I would like to transfer my internet contract to the post tenant at Vodafone (50 € per month).

Required documents:

• The last 3 salary certificates or a blocking account
• ID card

Ich suche jemanden für meine Wohnung im Zentrum von Aachen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr praktischen Lage – nur 3 Minuten vom Bushof, 6 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Einkaufszentrum, NETTO, REWE und vielen anderen Geschäften. Auch ein Halal-Shop und ein asiatischer Laden sind ganz in der Nähe – also wirklich alles, was man im Alltag braucht.

Miete: 450 € (ohne Internet und Strom)
Wenn du Student bist, kannst du für den Strom entweder 46 € oder 63 € zahlen, je nach Tarif.

Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert, daher suche ich jemanden, der bereit ist, die Möbel von mir zu übernehmen. Außerdem möchte ich meinen Internetvertrag bei Vodafone (50 € pro Monat) auf den Nachmieter übertragen.

Erforderliche Unterlagen:

• Die letzten 3 Gehaltsnachweise oder ein Sperrkonto
• Personalausweis
