Hello! My name is Raphael, I’ll be moving to Paris from January to May 2025 and am looking to sublet my flat during this period. I’m a Master’s student at TU Berlin in Linguistics, and I work as a writer and editor on the side.
My 1-bedroom flat is located in Berlin-Charlottenburg. It has one large room and a separate bathroom and kitchen. Super quiet location and building. Schlosspark and Spree are a 10 minute walk away. Very well connected: U7 Mierendorffplatz is in front of the door, Ringbahn Jungfernheide 10 minutes walk away. The flat will come fully furnished.
