Nette 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Friedrichshain (ohne Anmeldung)

Hallo liebe Suchenden,

ich vermiete meine nette 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Friedrichshain für 6 Monate, von 1. März - 31. August unter, mit der Option auf Verlängerung auf 12 Monate.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlaf/Wohnzimmer, separater Küche mit genug Platz zum Sitzen, einem Bad und einer kleinen Kammer. Insgesamt beträgt die Fläche 35 qm. Ein schöner Garten hinterm Haus mit Sitzmöglichkeiten ist außerdem auch nutzbar. Die Wohnung hat in jedem Zimmer große Fenster nach Süden raus und ist damit schön hell.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, außerdem gibt's im Bad eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Das WLAN ist ziemlich schnell und hat bisher problemlos funktioniert.

Wichtige Infos:
In der Wohnung ist leider keine Anmeldung möglich. Deshalb ist es auch nicht möglich deinen Namen an die Tür zu schreiben! Bitte meldet euch nur, wenn das für euch okay ist. Außerdem suche ich nach einer Einzelperson und keinem Pärchen. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Ich suche nach einer ruhigen, vertrauenswürdigen Person, die sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert. Im Haus wohnen Familien mit kleinen Kindern und ältere Menschen, sie eignet sich also nicht zum Party machen.

I am subletting my nice 1-room apartment in Friedrichshain for six months, from 1.March - 31. August. There is a possibility to prolong the sublet to 12 months.

The apartment consists of a bedroom/living room, separate kitchen with enough space to sit, a bathroom and a small storage room. The total area is 35 square meters. A nice garden behind the house is also available for use. The apartment has large windows in every room facing south out and is therefore nice and bright.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, there is also a bathtub and a washing machine in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi is quite fast and has worked without problems so far.

Important Info:
Unfortunately it is not possible to register in the apartment. That is why it is not possible to write your name on the door! Please only get in contact if this is okay with you. Furthermore, I am looking for a single person and not a couple. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. I am looking for a quiet, trustworthy person who will take good care of the apartment. Families with small children and elderly people live in the house, so it is not suitable for partying.
