Hey, die Wohnung kann von jetzt an bis Ende September gemietet werden. Da ich schon den Großteil meiner Sachen mitnehmen werde, wird die Wohnung unmöbliert vermietet. Ich kann aber zumindest ein paar Sachen dalassen.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um ein schön geschnittenes Studio mit Küchenzeile und kleinem Bad. Der Hauptwohnraum hat eine schöne große Fensterfront und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den grünen Innenhof. Obwohl man sehr nah am Alexanderplatz ist, hört man überhaupt keine Autos. Das Studio ist mit einer neuen Küche mit einem Induktionsherd und Backofen ausgestattet. Den Kühlschrank werde ich leider mitnehmen.
Nur folgende Sachen werden in der Wohnung sein:
Küche + basic Küchenutensilien
Internet, Strom, warmes Wasser
Deckenlampen
Vorrichtung, um Vorhänge anzubringen
Aufblasbare Matratze könnte ich ausleihen

Hey, the apartment can be rented from now until the end of September. Since I will already be taking most of my things with me, the apartment will be rented unfurnished. However, I can leave at least a few things behind.
The apartment is a nicely cut studio with a kitchenette and a small bathroom. The main living area has a beautiful large window front with a wonderful view of the green courtyard. Although you are very close to Alexanderplatz, you don't hear any cars at all. The studio is equipped with a new kitchen that includes an induction stove and oven. Unfortunately, I will be taking the refrigerator with me.
The only things that will be in the apartment are:
Kitchen + basic kitchen utensils
Internet, electricity, warm water
Ceiling lights
Fixture for hanging curtains
Inflatable mattress that I could lend
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr zentrallen Gegend von Berlin. Der Alexanderplatz ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreichbar und man ist schnell in den angsagten Bezirken Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain und Mitte.
Trotz der zentralen Lage gibt es sehr viel Grün in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Volkspark Friedrichshain, der ideal für Spaziergänge, Joggen oder einfach zum Entspannen ist.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen Aldi auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und es gibt noch einen Edeka.

The apartment is located in a very central area of Berlin. Alexanderplatz is quickly reachable by public transportation, and you can easily get to the trendy districts of Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, and Mitte.
Despite the central location, there is a lot of greenery nearby. The apartment is right next to Volkspark Friedrichshain, which is ideal for walks, jogging, or simply relaxing.
For shopping, there is an Aldi across the street and also an Edeka nearby.
Schreibt mir gerne hier auf der Plattform. Ideal wäre es natürlich, wenn du schon über ein paar Möbel verfügen würdest. Man kann sich aber auch relativ leicht in Berlin Sachen zusammen suchen.
