ich biete hier meine Wohnung zur langfristigen Untermiete an, da ich ab sofort längerfristig aus Berlin muss, da ich einen Pflegefall in der Familie habe. Als Mietverhältnis habe ich erstmal ein Jahr angegeben, da ich nicht weiß, wie lange ich weg sein werde - eine Verlängerung wäre aber ggf. möglich. Die Mietzahlung müsste in Bar erfolgen.
Wichtig ist mir, dass du eine vertrauensvolle und flexible Person bist, die nicht auf offizielle Dokumente angewiesen bist. Dafür könntest du im Gegenzug nach weiteren Fotos und einer Besichtigung ganz unkompliziert bald einziehen.
