Hallo ihr lieben Wohnungssuchenden!

Ich vermiete vom 16.12.24 bis 29.01.25 eine gemütliche 30m2 Wohnung direkt am U-Bahnhof Pankstr., 6 Fußminuten zum S-Gesundbrunnen (Nordkreuz). Optimal angebunden.

Die Küche ist separat zum Wohnraum, das Bad ist winzig, hat jedoch alles, was es braucht. Das Zimmer bietet genug Platz für Workout, Tanzen etc., bietet außerdem eine Gitarre und eine Pole Dance Stange ;)
Ein altes Fahrrad stelle ich auch zur Verfügung.
1,40m Hochbett und eine breite Couch, die auch als Bett dienen kann.

Sympathie muss stimmen, daher gerne ein Video-Call oder vorab Besichtigung.

Hello :)

I'm renting out a cozy 30-square-meter apartment from December 16, 2024, to January 29, 2025, located right by the Pankstraße U-Bahn station. It's a six-minute walk to the Gesundbrunnen S-Bahn station (North Cross) and optimally connected.

The kitchen is separate from the living area, and the bathroom is tiny but has everything you need. The room offers enough space for workouts, dancing, etc., and also includes a guitar and a dancing pole ;)
An old bicycle is also available.
There’s a 1.40-meter loft bed and a wide couch that can also serve as a bed.

It’s important for me that we click, so I’d prefer a video call or a prior viewing.
