Ab März vermiete ich meine wunderschöne, komplett möblierte, neu sanierte Wohnung im beliebten Bergmannkiez in der Heimstraße. Die Wohnung bietet auf ca. 50 m² einen modernen, gemütlichen Rückzugsort und ist perfekt für eine Zwischenmiete.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des Bergmannkiezes – einem der schönsten und lebendigsten Stadtteile Berlins. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich der Viktoriapark, Mehringdamm oder der Kanal. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist schnell erreichbar und ideal für Outdoor-Aktivitäten.
Die Bergmannstraße mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Boutiquen und Märkten ist gleich um die Ecke. In Kreuzkölln (Kreuzberg und Neukölln) gibt es viele kreative Bars und coole Spots für Abends. Der Südstern, Hermannplatz und das Kottbusser Tor bieten außerdem hervorragende Anbindung an das Berliner Nachtleben und Kultur.

Starting in March, I am renting out my beautiful, fully furnished, newly renovated apartment in the popular Bergmannkiez area on Heimstraße. The apartment offers a modern, cozy retreat of approximately 50 m² and is perfect for a temporary lease.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bergmannkiez, one of Berlin's most beautiful and vibrant neighbourhoods. Just a few minutes' walk away, you’ll find Viktoriapark, a lovely park with a small waterfall and scenic viewpoints overlooking the city. Tempelhofer Feld, a massive former airport site, is also nearby – perfect for outdoor activities, jogging, or relaxing.

The trendy Bergmannstraße with its numerous cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and markets is just around the corner. The creative neighbourhood of Kreuzkölln (Kreuzberg and Neukölln) offers many bars and cool spots for evenings out. Südstern, Hermannplatz, and Kottbusser Tor also provide easy access to nightlife and cultural activities in Berlin.

Public Transport:
The apartment is well-connected to public transport. The Gneisenaustraße (U7) subway station is just a short walk away. The U6 (Südstern) and U8 (Kottbusser Tor) as well as the S-Bahn station Hermannstraße are also nearby, making it easy to get around Berlin quickly.
