I'm looking for a new roommate in the heart of Berlin.
Your new, nice and bright room is 14m sq and on the north-east side of the building.
It has large windows and parquet floor like the rest of the apartment.
Next to your room is your own bathroom incl. toilette, wash basin and a shower.

The apartment has a big kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a little storage room. We also have a cellar compartment. The kitchen is included in the apartment.
The whole apartment has floor heating.

Currently , I am subletting the apartment for 3 months but there is a possibility to extend the contract as well.

The apartment belongs to a secured housing complex with Edeka, bakery and DHL station. You can easily and securely park your bike here.

The location of the apartment is perfect!
It only takes you 5 minutes to the next tram or underground station (Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz) and it's also close to Torstraße. From there you can go everywhere.
In 5 minutes walk you are in Kollwitzkiez with a lot of restaurants, bars and a farmers market at the weekend.

Anmeldung (Registration) is possible.

The room is available from 1st April for 3 months . There is a possibiltiy of extension .

The rent is ca.1050 incl. water, heating, electricity, internet. I am happy to share the original rent contract for cost transparency .
