Die Wohnung hat schöne alte Holzböden, hohe Decken und liegt sehr schön direkt neben dem Tempelhofer Feld sowie in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Leinestraße U-Bahn und Hermannstraße U-Bahn/S-Bahn).
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 900 Euro und beinhaltet WLAN und Strom. Ich würde eine Kaution von einem Monat Miete verlangen.

Hi! I’m renting out my beautiful 1 room 40 square meter apartment 9th Feb to end of May (the dates are a bit flexible and it north also be possible to extend). It has beautiful old wooden floors, high ceilings and is conveniently located just next to Tempelhofer Feld, and close to public transport (Leinestr Ubahn / Hermannstrasse U-Bahn/S-Bahn).
The monthly rent is 900 Eur and includes wifi, electricity. I would take one months deposit.
