Hallo,
ich suche vom 11. Mai bis 30. September eine Zwischenmieter*in für meine gemütliche, sonnige Einraumwohnung. Sie ist 40 qm groß (großes Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, geräumige Küche mit Vorratskammer und kleines Bad), möbliert und hat alles was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Herd, Dusche, Staubsauger, großes Bett, Toaster ... Da die Fenster alle nach Süden gehen und die Wohnung im obersten Stock liegt, kann es im Sommer heiß in der Wohnung werden (Fenster verschließen und Vorhänge zu, hilft jedoch).
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld und von der nächsten U-Bahn (U8) entfernt. In der Gegend gibt es viele Kneipen, Restaurants, Cafés, Kinos, ..., trotzdem ist es ruhig.
Achtung: Ich habe kein W-LAN. Es gibt aber einen 50 GB Hotspot. Wenn ihr sehr viel im Internet seid, ist das nicht geeignet.
Ich lebe selbst vegan und möchte nicht, dass Fleisch in meiner Wohnung zubereitet wird. Danke für euer Verständnis.
Die Miete beträgt pro Monat 550 €. Ich vermiete nur den gesamten Zeitraum.

I am looking for a temporary tenant for my cozy, sunny one-room apartment from 11. May to 30. September. It is 40 square meters (large bedroom/living room, spacious kitchen with pantry and small bathroom), furnished and has everything you need: washing machine, stove, shower, vacuum cleaner, large bed, toaster ... Since the windows all face south and the apartment is on the top floor, it can get hot in the apartment in summer (closing the windows and closing the curtains helps, though).
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Tempelhofer Feld and from the nearest subway (U8). In the area there are many pubs, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, ..., yet it is quiet.
Attention: I don't have Wi-Fi. But there is a 50GB hotspot. If you're on the internet a lot, that is not for you.
I live vegan myself and don't want meat to be prepared in my apartment. Thank you for your understanding.
The rent is 550 Euro per month. I am looking for one tenant for the whole time.
