Vollmöbliert: Das Studio ist komplett ausgestattet und bereit für deinen Einzug ohne Sorgen.
Ideal gelegen, Nur einen Steinwurf vom Hermannplatz entfernt!

Details zur Miete:

Verfügbarkeit: Ab dem 04. Oktober bis zum 15. Juni (flexibel und mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung).
Preis: 840 € pro Monat (alles inklusive).
Kaution: Es sind zwei Monatsmieten als Kaution zu zahlen.
Kündigungsfrist: Bei unvorhergesehenen Umständen gilt eine Kündigungsfrist von drei Monaten für beide Parteien.

Anforderungen:

Ich suche eine zuverlässige, rauchfreie und tierlose Untermieter:in. Paare sind nicht erlaubt!

Rental Details:

Availability: From October 4th to June 15th (flexible with the possibility of extension).
Price: €840 per month (all inclusive).
Deposit: Two months' rent as a deposit.
Notice period: A notice period of three months applies for both parties in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements:

I am looking for a reliable, non-smoking, and pet-free tenant. No couples allowed!Registration is not possible.
