Ich bin über den Sommer nicht in Berlin und möchte meine Wohnung vom 22.04. bis zum 31.05 untervermieten. Eventuell auch verlängerung möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG mit Fahrstuhl. Durch die drei Großen Fenster (mit Balkon) und die Ostlage der Wohnung ist sie ganzen Tag über sehr hell und sonnig. Die Wohnung ist sehr pflegeleicht, da Neubau und hat alles was man braucht.
Im prinzip ist ein großer Raum mit Sofa, Schreibtisch, großen Bett (räumlich etwas abgetrennter Schlafbereich durch eine dünne Wand), kleine Küche und großen Esstisch.
Waschmaschine befindet sich im Bad und auch ein externer 24 Zoll Bildschirm kann für das Homeoffice genutzt werden.
Die Miete beträgt 750€ pro Monat und für den gesamten Zeitraum 940€.
Kaution liegt bei 400€.
Die S-Bahn Station Treptower Park ist zu fuß ca .10 min entfernt. Bushaltestellen 3 min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Rewe, Aldi, Lidl um die ecke und einen LPG Biomarkt ca. 10min entfernt.
Für einpaar tasty Brote und Frühstück gibt es die Endorphina Bäckerei, sowie weitere sehr schmackhafte Restaurants wie Hindi oder Moms.
Der riesige und wunderschöne Treptower Park ist auch nur zwei Straßen von der Wohnung entfernt :)
