As I am spontaneously going abroad for a few months, I am urgently looking for a suitable interim rental.

Small, cosy one-room flat in Wedding with everything you need (record player, projector, dressers, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine).

Plus a large and two cosy couches to relax on.

Perfekt Lage im Wedding. 5 Minuten bis Nauener Platz, 10 Minuten bis zum Leopoldplatz. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rewe, Gemüseläden, Kiosks) direkt ums Eck. Dazu reihenweise Street Food und mit der Pizzeria Stranero eine der besten Pizzas direkt nebenan.

Perfect location in Wedding. 5 minutes to Nauener Platz, 10 minutes to Leopoldplatz. Several shops (Netto, Rewe, greengrocers, kiosks) just around the corner. There are also plenty of street food options and one of the best pizzerias, Pizzeria Stranero, right next door.

Nur per persönlicher Besichtigung möglich, da ich ab dem 31.1 Januar nicht mehr in Berlin sein werde. Idealerweise jemand im angestellten Verhältnis. Folgende Unterlagen vorbereiten, sodass die Untermiete zügig vollzogen werden kann:
Nachweis des Einkommens, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Kopie Personalausweis.

Evtl. kann die Untermiete auch verlängert werden, da ich noch nicht sicher bin, ob ich ab August wieder in Berlin bin.

Only possible in person, as I will be out of Berlin from 31st January. Ideally someone in employment. Please prepare the following documents so that the sublet can be completed quickly:
Proof of income, certificate of no rent debts, copy of identity card.

It may also be possible to extend the sublet as I am not sure if I will be back in Berlin in August.
