Hej everyone,

My apartment will be free from 12.01.2025 til 19.01.2025.
The price is 200 euros for the whole time (1 week) .
There will be a security deposit of 100 euros because I have some instruments of value. You will get it back at the end if everything is okay.

It is an old but very nice apartment as you can see in the pictures. It is completely located to the south, so if there is sun in Berlin, it will shine inside. It is on the 4th floor, without elevator.

The kitchen has everything you need like dishwasher, stove, fridge and so on.

You can stay there alone or also as a couple or good friends, because I have a big bed and a sofa which you can transform to a bed. Of course there is free wifi.

I have a big and super nice and cosy balcony.

My flat is located very close to metro, S-Bahn and buses.
So it is only 5 minutes walk to the circle line (Wedding) and just 10minutes walk to metro (U6- Wedding and U9- Nauener Platz).
You just need 20minutes to get into the center of Berlin like Friedrichstraße, Zoologischer Garten or Alexanderplatz.

Since I am away for holidays, I will clean everything for you and I would like to get the apartment back as I left it. So please clean it before you leave. Thanks.
