As I am out of Berlin I´d like to subrent my beautiful flat to a caring person. It is a freshly renovated Berlin "Altbau"-Wohnung and therefore has its charme. The flat is perfect for one person and has everything you need: balcony, new bathroom and kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine..
Flexible dates, prize according to the period of time (500 for 2 weeks) :)

One of the best things about this flat is its location. You are in the heart of Friedrichshain and there are plenty of amazing bars, restaurants and most famous clubs around. You will feel the special charme of the vibrant quarter of Friedrichshain (10 min Walking to Boxi, RAW etc.) and you will appreciate to have everything around in walking distance (as in January it will be winter in Berlin).

You are also perfectly connected to the center or other quarters as Ostkreuz is only 3 min walking distance (S-Bahn, Ringbahn, Buses).

Please let me know if you have any questions, dates are flexible (shorter and longer is possible); the price is 1000€ per month (this is what I am currently paying, so I do not make money with this, Berlin just got very expansive to live in). Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible.
