Ich verreise für ca 2 Monate und möchte daher meine Wohnung untervermieten. Das ist auch soweit mit meinem Vermieter abgeklärt, also würde es auch mit Anmeldung gehen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, es gibt einen kleinen Aufzug, den ich aber eigentlich nur beim Umzug benutzt habe. Mit großer Fensterfront nach Westen ist die das Hauptzimmer sehr hell und bei gutem Wetter ist auch nachmittags bis abends sonnig auf dem Balkon.
Ich werde die Schränke soweit bereinigen, dass aber noch nützliche Dinge, wie Werkzeug oder Putzutensilien vorhanden sind. Auch die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine, kleinem Geschirrspüler, Herd/Backofen, Küchengeräte wie Mixer oder Wasserkocher und aller Art an Geschirr gut ausgestattet.

I will be traveling for about 2 months and would like to sublet my apartment during that time. This has already been cleared with my landlord, so registration would be possible as well.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, and there is a small elevator, although I’ve really only used it when moving in. With a large window facing west, the main room is very bright, and on good weather days, the balcony gets sun from afternoon until evening.
I will clear out the closets as much as possible, but useful things like tools and cleaning supplies will remain. The kitchen is also well-equipped with a washing machine, a small dishwasher, a stove/oven, kitchen appliances like a blender and kettle, and all kinds of crockery.

Die Wohnung liegt im Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg und ist in wenigen Gehminuten super an mehrere Busse und U7 (Gneisenaustr.) angebunden.
Ähnlich nah sind verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Bäcker, eine Markthalle, verschiedenste Supermärkte und Fachgeschäfte. Auch eine Reihe von nicen Bars, leckeren Restaurants oder gemütlichen Cafés sind nicht weit.
Hasenheide und Tempelhofer Feld sind als Parks auch um die Ecke und eignen sich perfekt um mal ins Grüne zu kommen oder Laufen gehen.

The apartment is located in the Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg and is very well connected to several buses and the U7 (Gneisenaustr.) within a few minutes' walk.
Similarly close are various shopping options, such as bakeries, a market hall, various supermarkets, and specialty shops. Several nice bars, delicious restaurants, and cozy cafes are also not far away.
Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld parks are nearby and are perfect for getting into nature or going for a run.

Ich möchte vor allem für die Zeit meiner Reise meine Kosten decken und eine(n) ordentliche(n) und vertrauensvolle(n) Untermietende(n) finden.
Vielleich kann ich dadurch noch jemandem das Fußfassen in Berlin erleichtern oder eine angenehme Bleibe für ein Praktikum oder ähnliches bieten.
