Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für den angegebenen Zeitraum vom 20. Januar. Der Zeitraum ist flexibel. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass die Wohnung eventuell länger verfügbar sein wird. Eine Anmeldung ist aufgrund der kurzen Dauer offensichtlich nicht möglich.

Die Wohnung ist eine schöne, renovierte Altbau Wohnung.

Die angegebene Miete ist pro Monat 1000€.
Die Wohnung ist auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum von mindestens 2 Wochen verfügbar (550€).

Ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle und ruhige Person die meine Wohnung wie ihre eigene behandelt. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt.

I rent my apartment from (see below) until the (see below). Registration is obviously not possible due to the short length of time. The apartment is a beautiful, renovated old building that is simply furnished but has everything you need.

I am looking for a responsible and calm person who will treat my apartment as their own. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
The indicated rent is per week and includes all heating and additional costs like WiFi.

The apartment is only available SHORT TERM. If you need it for a shorter time or some days longer we can talk about it, don't worry.
