Der angegebene Preis gilt für eine Person, für zwei Personen beträgt die Miete 1250 €

Kaution beträgt 2200€



Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und wurde komplett und verfügt über einen Balkon und einen Kellerraum. Für Paare geeignet.

Die U-Bahn U7 Halemweg und Siemensdamm sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geschäfte, sowie Einkaufszentren und Banken sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The reported price is for one person for two people the rent will be 1250 €

A deposit of 2200€ is required.

Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible but you can receive your mail in the Mailbox

The Apartment is a half furnished with kitchen refrigerator and a sofa bed, ideal for copules.

The underground U7 Halemweg and Siemensdamm are within 3 minutes walking distance. Shops, as well as shopping centres and banks are within walking distance.
