Bright&Quiet near Volkspark,

One rooftop room with own bathroom and entry, shared kitchen in the lower floor. A privacy based hybrid rather than a usual single flat or a shared space. One has one's own entry on each floor, own bathroom, the kitchen alone is shared and kept free of any meat since many years (2 separate fridges).
Sustainable life style here means a minimum of plastic waste, and no smoking. Facilities like a 28‘ acer monitor, stereo music set, ventilator
during summer heat and others are available. Very quiet maisonette on 4.and 5. Floor in Hufelandstrasse ( picturesque hill of cafés, bookshops, flowershops, cinemas), few minutes only to Alexanderplatz as well as to S-Bahn-Ring; 'quiet' implies the (slightly posh) neighbourhood insists on a no-partying-sounds-atmosphere after 22h policy (as it used to be in this bohemian life style area several years ago)
what else...courtyard with garden&fountain; the park a few metres away attracts those who play tennis, soccer, beach volleyball, climbing, skating... (seekers who work for amazon&alikes would end on the low end of the candidate list; whereas those who render attention or activities to fields like "make amazon pay", "wellness-for-whistleblowers" and similar passions bound to common wealth&health would gain prime interest.) short term stays are alright.
