Hallo liebe Menschen,
wir suchen für 1.5 Monaten jemanden (nur 1 Person) zur Zwischenmiete für unsere sehr zentral Wohnung im 2 Zimmer Wohnung (Der zweite Raum bleibt geschlossen) da ich auf reisen gehen werde. Die Einzugsdatum und Auszugsdaten sind nach Vereinbarung flexibel. Miete ist 650 EUR pro Monat.
Was macht unsere Wohnung besonders?
- Das Zimmer befindet sich im 6. OG deshalb hat es einem schönen Ausblick (Aufzug ist verfügbar).
- in einem neuen Gebäude und alles funktioniert einwandfrei
- Du hast ein separate Dressing Room (nicht auf den Bildern, da sie voll ist mit meinen Sachen :D)
- Bad und Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet und können natürlich jederzeit genutzt werden. Du kannst dich also wie zu Hause fühlen.
- Die Wohnung hat absolut perfekte Anbindung an die Verkehrsmittel bringt dich einfach und schnell in jeden anderen Stadtteil. 2 Gehminuten: Strasßenbahn (M5, M6 & M8), 6 Gehminuten: S-Bahn Landsberger Allee (Ringbahn).
P.S. Du kannst mein altes City Bike nutzen. Ich habe es eine Weile nicht benutzt, daher könnte es etwas Pflege benötigen.
Da es sich um ein Wohnhaus handelt ist von Parties abzusehen und die üblichen Ruhezeiten so gut es geht einzuhalten. Anmeldung ist für diese kurze Zeit leider nicht möglich.
Einzugs- und Auszugstermine sind relative flexibel.

We are looking for someone (1 person) to sublet our beautiful 2 rooms apartment (the second room will be closed) for 1.5 Months while I am traveling for 650 EUR per month.
What makes our apartment special?
- The apartment is on the 6th floor, therefore, it has a great view (elevator is available)
- You got a seprate dressing room (not in the pictures as it’s packed with my stuff atm :D)
- The flat is in a new building so everything works perfectly (hot water, heating and everything that can make your stay comfortable)
- The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped.
- The apartment is well connected with public transportation and will bring you easily and quickly to any other part of the city. 2 minutes walk: tram (M5, M6 & M8), 6 minutes walk: S-Bahn Landsberger Allee (Ringbahn).
P.S. you can use my old city bike for free. I haven’t used it for awhile so it might need some care.
Since this is a residential building, parties are not allowed. Registration is unfortunately not possible for this short time. Smoking is only possible in the kitchen outside of the window.
