Befristete räumliche mobilierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Bonn-Beuel vom 01.03 bis 15.04

Aufgrund meines Forschungsaufenthaltes vermiete ich meine voll möblierte Wohnung in Bonn-Beuel unter.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 40 Quadratmeter groß und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, Dusche/WC, Küche und einem Balkon. Sie sind alle durch Türen getrennt. Es ist ein einfaches Wohnung, aber hat alles, was man braucht: Küche mit Utensilien und Annehmlichkeiten, Bett mit Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch & Stuhl, eine sehr bequeme Couch, ein kleines Schlafsofa, mehrere Regale, ein Schreibtisch und ein Couchtisch, der von mir handgefertigt wurde :D. Es gibt auch eine private Waschmaschine im Waschraum im Erdgeschoss, und eine Fahrradgarage. Es ist eine Einpersonenwohnung, aber auch für ein Paar oder 2 Personen geeignet - wenn man sich nicht daran stört, auf der Couch oder dem Schlafsofa zu schlafen. Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und ruhig.

Lage: Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Minuten vom Rhein entfernt - perfekt, wenn man einen Spaziergang, eine Fahrradtour oder einen Lauf entlang des Flusses machen möchte. Zum Konrad-Adenauer Platz sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort aus gibt es direkte Verbindungen in die Innenstadt, nach Poppelsdorf, Sankt Augustin, Siegburg, ... Auch eine Haltestelle der Buslinien 540 und 640 befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, dm und eine Reihe von Restaurants/Läden sind in der Nähe.

Due to my research stay, I am subletting my fully furnished apartment in Bonn-Beuel.

The apartment is 40 square meters in total and consists of a bedroom, a living room, shower/WC, kitchen and a balcony. They are all separated by doors. It is a simple apartment, but has everything you need: kitchen with utensils and amenities, bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk & chair, a very comfortable couch, a small sofa bed, several shelves, a desk and a coffee table handmade by me :D. There is also a private washing machine in the laundry room on the ground floor, and a bicycle garage. It's a one-person apartment, but also suitable for a couple or 2 people - if you don't mind sleeping on the couch or sofa bed. Our neighbors are very friendly and quiet.

Location: The apartment is only 2 minutes away from the Rhine - perfect if you want to go for a walk, a bike ride or a run along the river. It is a 7-minute walk to Konrad-Adenauer Platz, from where there are direct connections to the city center, Poppelsdorf, Sankt Augustin, Siegburg, ... There is also a bus stop for the 540 and 640 bus lines just around the corner. Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, dm and a number of restaurants/shops are nearby.
