I'm an Vietnamese student in the EU, and since I'm starting my mandatory internship in Braunschweig, I am looking for a single room apartment or a single room in shared apartment (preferably female-only) in Braunschweig, preferably near the Fraunhofer IST or city center but any available offers are welcome. I do not smoke or have a pet, and I do cook at home a lot.

The room should be furnished or partly furnished with at least a bed, closet and a (working) desk, with WLAN or an internet port that I can connect my own modem to. There should also be a furnished kitchen and bathroom in the apartment. I would also like an own washing machine or a shared washing machine in the residental building. The rent should be at most around 450 EUR warm including water, heating and electricity.

I'm planning to rent for about 5- 6 months form November 1st. And since I currently do not have a German bank account, I will pay for rental fees by my bank account from another EU country (mine is a Finnish one). Due to that I cannot create a itsmydata or schufa (request now) report since those require a German bank account, but I can create a Finnish credit score report equivalent, if possible/ needed.
