Neu in Chemnitz, da berufstätig hergezogen, suche ich ein kleines Apartment in Innenstadtnähe (gerne Sonnenberg). Wichtig wäre für mich, dass die Wohnung eine EBK hat und nach Möglichkeit teilmöbiliert ist. Ich habe keine Haustiere, gehe einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung nach und kann benötigte Dokumente (positive Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Vorvermieterbescheinigung) vorweisen.
