Ich bin Abdu und suche ein Studio oder eine kleine Wohnung in Darmstadt, idealerweise ab 15.04.2025 für 6 bis 12 Monate.

Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und beginne bald meinen Master in Informatik an der TU Darmstadt. Da ich neu in Deutschland bin, suche ich ein ruhiges und gemütliches Zuhause, in dem ich mich gut auf mein Studium konzentrieren kann.

Ein bisschen über mich:
Unter der Woche werde ich viel mit dem Studium beschäftigt sein, aber in meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne ins Fitnessstudio, klettern und schwimmen. Ich genieße auch ruhige Abende mit einem Buch oder einem guten Film. Ich bin Nichtraucher, ordentlich und achte darauf, dass mein Wohnraum sauber und gepflegt bleibt.

Was ich suche:
Ich suche ein ruhiges, möbliertes oder teilmöbliertes Studio oder eine kleine Wohnung in guter Lage mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Eine eigene Küche oder eine kleine Kochnische wäre ideal.

Ich verfüge über ein gesperrtes Konto (Blocked Account) und kann alle notwendigen finanziellen Nachweise und Dokumente bereitstellen.
