Hallo,
ich (m, 41 in Festanstellung) suche eine 1 Zimmer Wohnung in 27749 Delmenhorst.
Gerne in der Nähe Klosterdamm, Klostergarten, Strehlener str,,Uferweg, bis 350€ warm.
Gerne auch renovierungsbedürftig. Ein Badezimmer würde ich z.B.fachgerecht renovieren, als gelernter Elektriker wäre eine Instandsetzung der Elektrik auch kein Problem.
