Hallo,
ich suche für einen sehr guten Freund (30 Jahre) eine 1-2 Zimmer Whg in Donauwörth bis max. 250 EUR Kaltmiete. AB SOFORT.
Da dieser Hartz4 Emfpänger ist, wäre es am Besten, wenn die Wohnung provisionsfrei wäre.
Er ist Raucher und ein umgänglicher und zuverlässiger Mensch.
