Temporary Student Apartment from 15 Jan - 15 May 2025

Helllo!

I would like to sublet my studio apartment/home on the university campus for certain months as I finish my Prakitum in another city.
It's available from 15th Jan until the 15th of May 2025.

The warm rent is 350 euros, which includes radio tax, Internet, and rent as applicable in student dormitories. The Kaution is 500 euros. It's furnished like any student dormitory with a single bed and mattress, private bathroom, kitchen cabinet, cupboard, kitchen stove, refrigerator, and a microwave. I will be leaving some additional furniture for your use. It's a beautiful place with everything a student would need.

Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible because I am not around for the paperwork. Also, I can sublet it to students only as it is a student apartment.

So, I am looking for a person preferably who studies in Uni Erfurt as it would be easy for them to live on campus and who can take care of my home as their own.
