The single apartment is located in the new building of the Ludwig-Erhard dormitory in Erlangen and is fully furnished. The dormitory only offers 1-room apartments. There are no WGs available.

The Ludwig-Erhard dormitory is ideally located near the technical faculty of FAU and the city center of Erlangen.
Just a few minutes away you'll find:
- Röthelheimpark, with shopping facilities such as Aldi, Kaufland, DM, bakeries and a pharmacy for daily needs
- Green and recreational areas, including the adjacent forest and nature reserve, perfect for walking and relaxing

Ich suche eine Person, welche nicht raucht und die Wohnung sauber hält, da ich leider Asthma sowie Staub- und Tierhaarallergien habe. Idealerweise wird in der Wohnung selten stark gebraten, da ich empfindlich auf intensive Gerüche reagiere, insbesondere beim Braten von Zwiebeln, Knoblauch oder bei der Zubereitung von Gerichten mit viel Fett. Normales Kochen, wie das Zubereiten von Nudeln, Reis oder Backofengerichten, ist jedoch kein Problem. Für ausgiebigeres Kochen steht ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer großen Küche zur Verfügung.

Das Angebot richtet sich ausschließlich an Studierende der FAU. Anmeldung beim Einwohnermeldeamt in Erlangen ist möglich.

Warmmiete: 450 € (inklusive Betriebs- und Verbrauchskostenpauschale für Hausmeister, Hausreinigung, Müllabfuhr, Grundsteuer, Straßenreinigung, Pflege der Außenanlagen sowie Heizung, Wasser, Strom und Internet)

I am looking for a non-smoking tenant who will keep the apartment clean as I suffer from asthma as well as dust and pet dander allergies. Ideally, the tenant should avoid heavy frying, as I am sensitive to strong odors, especially when frying onions, garlic, or preparing dishes with a lot of fat. Normal cooking, such as preparing pasta, rice, or baked goods, is not an issue. For more extensive cooking, a community room with a large kitchen is available.

This offer is exclusively for FAU students. City registration at the Registration office in Erlangen is possible.

Sublet period: 15/02/2025 - 30/06/2025
Rent: 450 € (including utilities and service charges for caretaker, cleaning, garbage disposal, property tax, street cleaning, outdoor maintenance, heating, water, electricity and internet)
