Da ich mein Studium beende, suche ich nach einer Nachmiete für meine Wohnung.
Sie ist ideal für Studierende und Pendler:innen.
Das Apartment bestehen aus Wohn-/Schlafraum mit kleiner Empore.
Die Küche, bestehend aus zwei geschlossene Oberschränken, (welche ich durch die Regale ersetzt habe. Kann ich je nach Wunsch so lassen oder zurückbauen), Spüle, Kühlschrank und 2-Plattenherd. Das Duschbad mit WC ist gefliest. Jede Wohnung hat einen Abstellraum in der Wohnung und im Keller.
Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich für alle Wohnungen im Keller.
Die Stromkosten für die Wohnung sind in den Vorauszahlungen für die Heizkosten enthalten.
Optional ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür für 30,00€
Die Wohnung liegt relativ ruhig direkt am Campus. Die Hochschule und Uni sind zu fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Regelmäßig fahren direkt vor der Tür Busse zu verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Ein Penny und Edeka sind fußläufig in ca. 12 Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 Minuten zu fuß entfernt.
