Tiny apartment in the most incredible house !
The apartment is fully furnished including fridge and sink, shower and toilet. It is in the Sutteraint of a beautiful house in the middle of Sachsenhausen. Internet, GEZ and other utilities like heating and electricity are included in the Nebenkosten. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen in the tiny apartment. The kitchen is upstairs and shared with other room tenants of the house. The tenants of this house are from different parts of the world coming together living in a WG-house. All of the people who live there are in their mid 20s to mid 30s, from all parts of the world.
It is ideal for people who like to live their privacy, but enjoy an international community. The possibility to chat and connect is given through the shared kitchen and garden area and yet privacy is provided.

Excellent location in the heart of Sachsenhausen and within walking distance to all the essentials:
- 3 Min to Schweizer Straße (main street): cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars, cider houses etc.
- 3 Min to U-Bahn stations Schweizer Platz and Südbahnhof (lines U1, U2, U3 & U8)
- 3 Min to S-Bahn station Frankfurt Süd (lines S3, S4, S5 & S6)
- 5 Min to supermarkets (Rewe, HIT, Lidl) as well as Dm and OBI
- 10 Min to the Main river
The monthly rent includes all utilities as well as wifi and GEZ. Also, one of the nicest benefits is that once a week a cleaning lady is coming over to clean the common rooms, which is included in the rent. Nevertheless, we are a tidy house hold and keep our chouse clean so that we all can enjoy the living spaces together.
The deposit is two months’ rent.
