hello,
I am moving into a bigger apartment and I will leave a cozy 1-room apartment in Schwarzwaldstrasse 120 (20m2). The apartment provides most of the furniture (2 stoves, fridge, some shelves, one cupboard for the clothes, two tables, 3 chairs); additionally, I would like to sell 1 sofa (it can become a bed for two persons) and a bed (I just bought it last year from IKEA, I can show the bill).
The price is 530 including heating, water, and electricity (WIFI, garbage, and TV tax are not but really cheap).
The bathroom is shared with a second person. Come and visit the place, you will fall in love with the location and the peace (although a small mall with Aldi, Rewe, and DM is only 5 mins far). Moreover, the tram station is 2 mins far on walking.
