Love(r) future landlord(in)!

I am 29 years old, come from Vöhrenbach in the Black Forest and am currently in the Referendariat until the summer of 2026. With the subjects of German and Catholic religion, I start from February at the Riesefelder Kepler Gymnasium. I have to leave my current apartment at the end of July as the sub-rental contract expires.
I am a clean person, like order, and I am described by my friends as a calm pole. Due to the upcoming Referendariat I will not host any loud parties, have no pets and am non-smoking. I have craftsmanship, so if this is desired, I would like to put on hand with pending small repairs. I am an open and communicative person and like directness, which is why it will not be a problem to discuss organizational things. In my spare time I like to be out, do sports and cook. My parents could sign a guarantee on request, and I can take good care of myself with my Referendariat (ca 1600,- and my side job (ca 520,-).

Liebe(r) zukünftige Vermieter(in)!

Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, komme aus Vöhrenbach im Schwarzwald und bin derzeit bis zum Sommer 2026 im Referendariat. Mit den Fächern Deutsch und katholischer Religion starte ich nun ab Februar am Riesefelder Kepler Gymnasium. Meine derzeitige Wohnung muss ich Ende Juli verlassen, da dort der Untermietvertrag ausläuft.
Ich bin ein sauberer Mensch, mag Ordnung und werde von meinen Freunden als Ruhepol beschrieben. Aufgrund des anstehenden Referendariats werde ich keine lauten Partys veranstalten, habe keine Haustiere und bin Nichtraucher. Ich besitze handwerkliches Geschick, könnte also bei anstehenden kleinen Reparaturen auch gerne selbst Hand anlegen, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Ich bin ein offener und kommunikativer Mensch und mag Direktheit, weshalb es kein Problem sein wird, organisatorische Dinge zu besprechen. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne draußen, mache Sport und koche gerne. Meine Eltern könnten auf Wunsch eine Bürgschaft unterzeichnen, wobei ich mit meinem Referendariat (ca 1600,- und meinem Nebenjob (ca 520,-) gut für mich selbst sorgen kann.
