snowy sunny Vauban Whg for 1 month to rent

Hello together:)

Since I am away for about 1 month, I would like to rent my beautiful and pleasant one-room apartment / with separate rooms.

The apartment is rented in a furnished manner.
Just as to a clean person who treats my apartment and furniture etc. well - most preferably to a woman who best brings a green thumb as I would leave a few plants here.

So now to the apartment:
The apartment is right next to the tram what is really great! In downtown Kajo you need about 10min.
The apartment is located about 10-13min walk next to the Lorettoberg, which is great for walks and sunsets. (:
By bike you are in 3min in the Alnatura and DM, 3min further is a rewe as well as an aldi and other shopping facilities. (:

A washing machine has it in the basement, which is used by some other house habits, you pay with brands, in total you need 2-3 pieces, that is 2-3€ per laundry. I know is not just cheap.. From my experience I wash about 2-3 times a month and that goes clearly.
I'd put the marks on you so you don't have to pick them up and wash them off:)

Please smoke on the balcony only!
Did the complete whig cut fresh.

The war rent is 680€ with everything.
