Das Bad ist mit eine langen Badewanne ausgestattet, falls man den Muskelkater mit einem heißen Bad bekämpfen möchte. Es gibt aber auch einen Duschvorhang, wenn es morgens schnell gehen muß. Toilette und Waschbecken sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat an zwei Seiten Fenstern und einen Balkon, auf dem man bis Mittags Sonne hat. Dann wandert die Sonne auf andere Seite des Hauses.
Die Wohnung ist frisch tapeziert und Laminatboden wurde verlegt.

- Rolläden sind für jedes Fenster vorhanden, die auch richtig dunkel machen
- Poster/Bildleisten werden überall angebracht (damit entfällt das Bohren in die Wand)

In der Küche ist eine Einbauküche eingebaut, die mit Elektro-Geräten bzw. einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist. Es ist allerdings geplant, die Küche noch komplett auszutauschen, auch wenn alles funktionsfähig und brauchbar ist. Es wird etwas wie eine "American Kitchen" entstehen.

Seit der Saison 2021 liegt das neue Fußball Stadion des SC Freiburg im Stadtteil Mooswald neben der neue Universitätsfakultät. Auch dies wäre mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min gut zu erreichen.
