Good Morning,
My name is Riccardo, I'm 28 and I will be a PhD student starting from February 1st at TUM. At the moment I am desperately looking for a house..
About me: I am 28, italian (I am from south Italy, a place called Calabria), I am a passionate naturalist and my PhD will be in Forestry. I like good company, I can cook (based on what my friends say) and I am puntual, tidy and precise. I consider myself a very clean individual both personally and for what concerns personal spaces.
If it helps to select me as a tenant for the room, I would like to rent it for as long as possible (my PhD will be 3+1 years). I don't smoke.
Is it possible to schedule a call or a video tour of the house so we can talk more in depth about your offer?
