Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse in Immenstaad-mitte-ost. Direkt davor ist die Bushaltestelle Mühlgarten, alle 20 min fährt von dort ein Bus zum Bahnhof nach Friedrichshafen. ca. 2-3 Minuten sind es zu Fuß zur Kniebachmündigung am Bodensee mit Liegewiese und direktem Zugang zum Seeufer. Hier geht es ganz flach im Kies ins Wasser. Zum Ortskern sind es ca. 500 m zu Fuß die Hauptstrasse entlang, zu EADS in etwa genauso weit.
