I am subletting my fully furnished single room in a student dormitory. The room includes a private kitchen (with fridge, plates, cutlery, pots and pans), private bathroom, heating, and comes equipped with a writing desk, chair, wardrobe, and bed. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement, and there is also a bicycle and parking space in front of the building.

- Convenient location with good access to the university and city center
- Bus stop is one minute away (lines 6 and 16)
- 10 minutes walk to the university and Aldi, 5 to Norma

*Kindly note that a deposit is required, and the cost of any damages to the room will be deducted from it.
*Please note that the sublet of this room is only possible for those who have already applied for a place at any of the Studentenwerk Giessen dorms and have not received it to date.
