M.Sc. Physics Student, Physics Engineer, Data Scientist

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Mert Dil, and I am a 26-year-old master’s student in Physics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). I also work part-time as a data analyst in the informatics field. I am looking for a cozy and welcoming home to share with friendly people for at least six months, starting from June 1 (or July 1), 2025. I am comfortable with commuting to Garching, and travel times of up to 60 minutes are no problem for me.

Currently, I am staying in long-term accommodation in Bogenhausen until the end of May/Oct. Therefore, I am looking for a long-term studio or a private kitchen flat from June or July. I am flexible with the move-in date and can adjust based on your preferences.

Financially, I am secure and can provide all necessary documents, including my TUM enrollment certificate, work contract, blocked account confirmation from Axion Bank, and a Schufa (request now) report if required.

A little about me: I am a non-smoker and have no pets (though I have a cat in my home country and might bring it to Munich if it’s okay, but it’s not a must). I am calm, reliable, and honest, and I highly value open communication, as I believe it fosters a positive and friendly living environment. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, running, yoga, and meditation.

I would be happy to arrange a video call or an in-person viewing to discuss further and get to know each other. While I prefer communicating in English, I am also improving my German to better integrate.

mein Name ist Mert Dil, ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere Physik im Master an der Technischen Universität München (TUM). Neben meinem Studium arbeite ich als Werkstudent im Bereich Datenanalyse und Informatik. Ich suche ab dem 1. Juni (oder 1. Juli) 2025 eine gemütliche und freundliche Wohnung oder WG für mindestens sechs Monate. Eine Pendelzeit von bis zu 60 Minuten nach Garching ist für mich kein Problem.

Momentan wohne ich in einer langfristigen Unterkunft in Bogenhausen bis Ende Mai/Oct. Daher suche ich ab Juni/Juli eine langfristige Studiowohnung oder ein Apartment mit eigener Küche. Ich bin flexibel mit dem Einzugsdatum und kann mich Ihren Wünschen anpassen.

Ein wenig über mich: Ich bin Nichtraucher und habe keine Haustiere (ich habe jedoch eine Katze in meinem Heimatland, die ich möglicherweise nach München bringe, falls es in Ordnung ist – dies ist aber kein Muss). Ich bin ein ruhiger, zuverlässiger und ehrlicher Mensch, und offene Kommunikation ist mir wichtig, da sie für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben sorgt. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne schwimmen, joggen, mache Yoga und meditiere.
