Da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich meine kleine aber feine helle 30m^2 Wohnung direkt beim Augarten von Anfang/Mitte Jänner bis Ende Juni. Der genaue Zeitraum kann angepasst und besprochen werden :)

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, einem geräumigen Bad mit Dusche und Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit Küche.
Die Wohnung kostet inkl. Strom und Internet ca 515€ und ist vollmöbeliert.

Since I'm going abroad for half a year, I'm renting out my cozy, bright 30m² apartment near Augarten from early/mid-January to the end of June. The exact rental period can be adjusted and discussed :)

The apartment consists of an entryway, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a living/sleeping area with a kitchen. The rent, including electricity and internet, is approximately €515, and the apartment is fully furnished.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt beim Augarten und bei der Mur. Zum Jakominiplatz sind es zu Fuß ca. 7 Minuten und zum Kunsthaus maximal 10 Minuten.
Direkt bei der Wohnung gibt es einen Spar gegenüber von der ÖGK.
Die Bushaltestelle ÖGK ist in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar- von dort aus fahren mehrere Busse weg. Die Straßenbahnen erreicht man auch schnell am Jakominiplatz.
Die Lage ist perfekt für jeden, der gleich in der Stadt sein will und trotzdem etwas Natur bei sich haben will. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell an allen wichtigen Orten.

The apartment is located right by Augarten and the Mur River. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Jakominiplatz and a maximum of 10 minutes to the Kunsthaus. There’s a Spar supermarket directly across from the ÖGK near the apartment. The ÖGK bus stop is a 3-4 minute walk away, with several bus routes departing from there. Trams are also easily accessible at Jakominiplatz.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the city while still enjoying a bit of nature. With a bike, you can quickly reach all important spots as well.

Ich lass dir gern alles da, das du brauchen kannst: Möbel, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.
Grundsätzlich ist schon alles drinnen, was man zu Leben braucht :)

I'm happy to leave everything you might need: furniture, dishes, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. Basically, everything you need for daily life is already there :)
