looking for a cheap flat for my dog me from Sept. 2019for a year in Groningen

Hello, I'm a 36 year old female student from Bremen and want to study for a year in Groningen. I want to keep my flat in Bremen and commute on weekends. I've got a very nice ladydog. She's used to live in a city, so she doesn't bark and ofcourse, she is a very friendly hairy person. I don't smoke and don't drink alcohol. I think in groningen my life will revolve around studying and dog-walking and of course keeping the flat clean from dog-hair :-) I need the room between September 2019-2020, for a year. And it doesn't have to be directly around the corner of the university, as long as I can go there by bike or bus
