WICHTIG: Es wird nur an Studenten der TH Köln (Gummersbach) vermietet!
Die Wohnung ist ca. 24qm groß, hat eine Küchenecke und ein kleines Bad. Im Keller des Hauses befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner die mit Münzen benutzt werden können. Ebenso gibt es einen Fahrradkeller in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.

I am looking for a new tenant for my flat in the private student dorm Am Sandberg 28 as of 1 January 2024.
IMPORTANT: It is only rented to students of the TU Cologne (Gummersbach)!
The flat is approx. 24 square metres in size, has a kitchenette and a small bathroom. In the basement of the house there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer which can be used with coins. There is also a bicycle cellar where bicycles can be stored.
Die Wohnung befindet sich etwas abseits der Innenstadt in ruhiger Lage. In 5 Minuten Fußweg ist die Haltestelle der Buslinie 363, die einen direkt zum Bahnhof bringt und von dort zur Hochschule sind es nur 2-3 Minuten. Alternativ sind Hochschule/Bahnhof/Innenstadt auch in 20-25 Minuten Fußweg gemütlich erreichbar. Wenn du das hier gelesen hast, schreibe Labyrinth in deine Nachricht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Innenstadt genug, 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es auch einen Aldi.

The flat is in a quiet location away from the city centre. The bus stop for line 363 is a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to the railway station, from where it is only 2-3 minutes to the university. Alternatively, the university/railway station/city centre can also be easily reached on foot in 20-25 minutes. If you have read this, please write labyrinth in your message. There are plenty of shops in the city centre, and there is also an Aldi 10 minutes' walk away.
Im Haus befinden sich insgesamt 52 Wohnungen. Die Flure und Treppen werden von einer professionellen Reinigungfirma regelmäßig gesäubert und ein netter Hausmeister kümmert sich um das Haus.
Die Wohnung wird generell unmöbiliert vermietet, es besteht aber Übernahmemöglichkeit einiger Kleinigkeiten wenn gewünscht.

There are a total of 52 flats in the building. The corridors and stairs are regularly cleaned by a professional cleaning company and a friendly caretaker looks after the building.
The flat is generally rented unfurnished, but there is the possibility of taking over some small items if desired.
