Hallo,
ich gehe für ca. 3 Monate (Februar - April 2012) ins Ausland und möchte meine 1-Zimmerwohnung für diese Zeit untervermieten. Die Wohnung kostet warm mit Strom 515 € und ist sehr günstig in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße (Sackgasse) zur Osterstraße in Eimsbüttel gelegen. Zur U-Bahn Osterstraße, wo auch zahlreiche Einkausfmöglichkeiten sind, läuft man 3 min. Zur Schanze sind es mit dem Rad zehn Minuten, zum Hbf braucht man mit der U-bahn 12 min. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Die Küche hat leider keinen Backofen, dafür aber eine kleine Spülmaschine und Mikro.
