du suchst eine temporäre Bleibe? Ich vergebe 4 Wochen meine eigentliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung als quasi 1-Zimmer Wohnung an zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter/in. Ich werde in der Zeit selber die überwiegend Zeit nicht da sein, so dass du die Wohnung dann als 1-Zimmerwohnung für dich hast. Wenn ich da bin, wären wir eine WG. :)
(The flat is temporary for 4 weeks to rent) Die Miete beträgt 670€ pro Monat.
Dein Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch und kleinem Balkon :) inkl. sind Internetbenutzung, geräumige Wohnküche und Badezimmer. Insgesamt ist dein Wohnraum (Küche, Bad, Flur, Zimmer ~ 30 qm.
Der Bus 13 ist ganz nah und die S-Bahn Veddel als auch die Ernst-August-Schleuse; Fähre fährt dort bis zu den Landungsbrücken ist alles nicht weit. Im Reiherstiegsviertel ist ein buntes und schönes Treiben mit vielen Kanälen drumherum.
