Die Wohnung ist ein echter Wohlfühlort, die zentral liegt und alles hat, was man braucht und noch dazu einen kleinen Garten bereit stellt. Auch der Stadtpark, nette Cafés und die S -Bahn sind schnell erreicht. Ich suche eine/n nette/n ZwischenmieterIn ab Mitte April bis Ende Mai die/der sich eine schöne Zeit in Hamburg machen möchte, während ich auf reisen bin und sich ggf. auch um meine unkomplizierten Pflanzen kümmern würde (ca. 1x gießen pro Woche).
Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten enthalten und die Wohnung ist rauchfrei.
My apartment is a real feel-good place that is centrally located and has everything you need, as well as peace and quiet and a small garden. The city park, nice cafes and the S-Bahn can also be reached quickly. I'm looking for a nice temporary sublease for June who would like to have a nice time in Hamburg. (Wi-Fi, washing machine etc. are available)
All costs are included in the rental price.
Der wunderschöne Stadtpark, tolle Cafés (Lüttliv, Malinas Storys Café & Bäckerei, die Kafferei, Püük...) unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, S & U- Bahn sind innerhalb von 5-10min zu erreichen, zum Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof kommt man innerhalb von 15-20min
